Collaborative Divorce- The services are provided on an hourly basis. Usually a $500 retainer is required prior to initiation of service. The hourly fee is $65 per hour.

Parenting Coordination- The services are provided on an hourly basis. Usually a $500 retainer is required prior to initiation of service. The hour fee is $80 per hour.

Co-Parenting Communication Counseling- The service assists the parents to improve co-parenting communication skills to reduce conflict and alienation. A $500 retainer is required from each parent prior to initiation of service. The hourly fee is $80 per hour.

Custody Evaluations- The service is generally provided on a fixed fee basis. The cost is $2,000 usually divided equally between the two parents. In some instances the Court may grant a parental fee waiver and provide the funds directly to the company. Note: Should Ms. Simpson be subpoenaed to testify in Court, the party issuing the subpoena will be responsible for one day’s costs, plus three hours preparation time, plus reasonable travel costs.

Home Studies- The service is generally provided on a fixed fee basis. The cost is $250 per hour for homes located within a one hour drive of the Company office. For home studies outside this radius, fees may be adjusted to account for travel time.

Mediation- The services are provided on an hourly basis. Usually a $500 retainer is required prior to initiation of service. The hourly fee is $80 per hour.

Therapeutic Parent-Child Reunification- The services are provided on an hourly basis. Usually a $500 retainer is required prior to initiation of service. The hourly fee is $80 per hour.

Parent Skills Education- The service may be provided in a group format or on a one on one basis. One-on-one training requires four one and one half hour sessions at $80 per hour.
